The Delhi Police have arrested the friend of the man who attacked Delhi CM Rekha Gupta on Aug 20 on the allegations that he transferred the money to the accused. The police is also recording statements from five other people whose data was discovered on the mobile phone of the accused. Earlier, the attackers were sent to five-day police custody.
