Afghanistan minister Amir Khan Muttaqi warned Pakistan against playing games with Afghanistan after Islamabad carried out air strikes in Kabul. "The courage of Afghans should not be tested. If someone wants to do that, they should ask the Soviet Union, America and NATO," he said. Pakistan attacked Kabul when Muttaqi remains on a visit to India.
