The FTC is sending $126 mn in refunds to Fortnite users as part of a $245 mn settlement with Epic Games over deceptive billing practices. Eligible gamers and parents can still file claims by July 9. Over 969,000 payments will be issued by June 26. This includes those charged unknowingly or locked out for disputing charges between January 2017 and September 2022.
