Gangster and sharpshooter Romil Vohra, wanted in multiple criminal cases, was killed in a police encounter near the Delhi-Haryana border on Tuesday. The police were forced to open fire after Vohra started shooting in an attempt to escape, injuring two police personnel. Associated with Kala Rana-Noni Rana gang, Vohra is also accused of murdering liquor baron Shantanu in Haryana.
