Despite being ignored continuously by selectors since IPL 2025, Mohammed Shami has continued to perform well, picking up 15 wickets in his first two Ranji Trophy appearances. Former India captain Sourav Ganguly feels Shami's best should be utilised at the international level in all formats. "I really don't see why he can't play Tests, One-day and T20 cricket for India," he added.
