Garuda Construction and Engineering (GCEL) has bagged a ₹1,416 crore EPC contract from Sumer Corporation to develop 'Powai Heights', comprising three luxury towers in Chandivali, Mumbai. With this, its order book swelled to ₹4,876.78 crore. The company's Q2FY26 profit surged 2.7-times to ₹27.12 crore, driven by 2.5-times revenue growth to ₹116.49 crore. GCEL shares gained 5.3%.
