Garuda Construction and Engineering Limited has received a ₹143.96 crore EPC order from Orbit Ventures Developers for the Shikhar-B redevelopment in Oshiwara, Mumbai. The project is expected to be completed within 36 months from the receipt of the further commencement certificate, with payment via allotment of flats instead of cash.
