Chhote Lal Mahato, who delivers LPG cylinders in Kishanganj, has contested every Lok Sabha and Assembly election in Bihar for the past 20 years. "I haven't won yet, but I've never given up. This time too, I will contest as an independent," he said. Mahato added, "I get a lot of public support, and people donate to help me contest."
