Speaking at UN General Assembly, EU President Ursula von der Leyen said that Gaza must be rebuilt. "We'll set up a Palestine Donor Group...Because any future Palestinian State must be viable from an economic point of view," she said. Von der Leyen said a realistic peace plan is based on two states - a secure Israel and a viable Palestine.
