German telecommunications major T-Mobile has appointed Indian-origin Srini Gopalan as its new CEO, effective November 1. Gopalan joined the firm in March 2023 and is currently serving as the COO, and has previously served on its board of directors. Gopalan was born in India and studied at Delhi's St Stephen's College and later completed his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
