German Ambassador to India Dr Philipp Ackermann said Germany has been a reliable partner for Indian students for a long time. "We are not erratic and volatile, we are very steady," he said. His statement came in light of issues faced by Indian students in securing admissions for higher studies in some countries and student visa procedures.
