Germany has overtaken the US and Canada as the top study abroad destination for Indian students, the upGrad TNE Report 2024-25 shows. While US applications fell 13% and Canada's share dropped sharply, Germany rose to 32.6%. The report highlights a shift towards career-driven education, with postgraduate, MBA, and STEM courses leading the choices of over 7.6 lakh students.
