Germany is aiming to establish a 'Cyber Dome', a cyber research centre with Israel, and deepen collaboration between the two countries' intelligence and security agencies, German Minister Alexander Dobrindt said. The plan also includes expanding Germany's anti-drone defences, and developing a shelter and an emergency warning system similar to what Israel used during its conflict with Iran.
