Mamaearth CIO Ghazal Alagh listed eight worst types of managers. The list includes micromanager, credit taker, information hoarder and favoritist, along with 'ghost' (hard-to-reach managers), 'volcano' (temperamental managers), 'never satisfied' (managers who rarely acknowledge progress) and 'risk-free' (managers who avoid innovation). She said they can "quietly push even best staff out the door".
