Deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein's former girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell is reportedly willing to testify before US Congress about the Epstein files. Maxwell, who is serving a 20-year sentence for child sex trafficking, is also seeking to appeal her conviction in the US Supreme Court. US Department of Justice and FBI have concluded that Epstein didn't have a secret client list.
