GHV Infra Projects Ltd has secured a ₹2,645 crore EPC project in UAE from Rana Exim FZ-LLC for the Erisha Smart Manufacturing Hub. The board approved a 3:2 bonus issue, a 2:1 stock split, and raising authorised capital to ₹66 crore. GHV Infra Projects is engaged in the infrastructure and construction business.
