Following the dual murder in Jharkhand the Giridih police swiftly arrived at Lukaia village to find the bodies. SDPO Jeetwahan Oraon confirmed separate FIRs are being filed, one for Meena Murmu’s alleged murder by her husband, and another for the mob lynching of Chotelal Hansda. Both bodies are at Sadar Hospital for post-mortem, initiating a complex legal inquiry.
