A person has been arrested for allegedly assaulting an 11-year-old girl for reportedly spilling rice in a Bengaluru madrasa, the police said. The accused is the son of the hostel-in-charge of the madrasa in which the girl was staying. The assault, which happened on February 16, was captured on CCTV cameras which were installed inside madrasa premises.
