A Class 10 student in Telangana was left paralysed in her right leg and hand after reportedly being bitten by rats multiple times over the course of eight months. She was reportedly bitten 15 times by rats and was administered anti-rabies vaccine each time she was bitten between March-November. Her family alleged the repeated rat bites led to her paralysis.
