Congress' Rahul Gandhi has written a letter to Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, requesting halt of Dibrugarh-New Delhi Rajdhani Express (20503/20504 and 20505/20506) at Raebareli junction. He said, "People of my parliamentary constituency have repeatedly requested for a brief halt, particularly to facilitate travel to New Delhi." He added that demand has been pending for long time.
