Delhi Police detained an e-rickshaw driver after the glass panels he was transporting shattered and scattered on a Kanwar Yatra route in Delhi's Shahdara. The driver, Kusum Pal, was carrying 19 panels from UP to Delhi when his vehicle was allegedly hit from behind. The incident came to light after Delhi Cabinet Minister Kapil Mishra raised the matter on Saturday.
