External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, in a veiled dig at US President Donald Trump’s H-1B visa fee hike, said that the global workforce is a reality and nations cannot ignore it. Speaking at an ORF event in New York, he urged the creation of a modern, efficient model for global work distribution, stressing that demographics alone cannot meet workforce demands.
