Globe Civil Projects Limited emerged as the L1 bidder for a ₹70.92 crore project at IIT Kanpur i.e. "Construction of Kotak School of Sustainability." The 16-month project, confirmed on July 4, 2025, includes civil, electrical, HVAC and various other installations. This significant win further strengthens the company's order book, which stood at ₹669.10 crore as of March 31, 2025.
