The Goa cabinet approved a Bill to ban the import, sale, breeding and domestication of "ferocious" dog breeds, including Rottweilers and Pitbulls. "Those who already own the...ferocious breeds will have to sterilise them and register them with the Department of Animal Husbandry," an official said. The Bill will be tabled in the monsoon Assembly session from July 21.
