The Goa Tourism Development Corporation plans to transform the banks of the Mandovi River at Narve into a vibrant ‘Ghat Aarti’ space. With CRZ clearance secured, devotees and tourists can soon experience a Varanasi-style Ganga Aarti by Goa’s riverside.
