Godrej Properties Ltd acquired a 7.825-acre land parcel in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, for ₹547.75 crore through a TGHB e-auction on August 21. The project, near HITEC City, has revenue potential of about ₹3,800 crore with premium residential apartments. This strengthens GPL’s Hyderabad presence after recent successful launches, aligning with the city’s growth trajectory.
