Goldman Sachs sold 1.08 crore shares in Zomato-parent Eternal, offloading a stake worth ₹355.32 crore through a block deal. The shares were sold at a price of ₹329 apiece which were bought by BofA Securities Europe SA. Earlier, BofA Securities Europe SA had acquired 1.3 crore shares in the company with the deal then amounting to ₹146.5 crore.
