Google's AI Mode search will now support five new languages, marking the first time the search tool has been available outside of English since its debut in March 2025. The new languages are Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, and Brazilian Portuguese. The expansion reportedly positions Google more competitively against AI search rivals, including Perplexity and OpenAI's ChatGPT Search.
