Google is in the advanced stages of picking locations in India to open its first retail stores outside the US, Reuters reported. Delhi, Mumbai and Gurugram are among the main places under consideration. Google currently sells its products like Pixel phones in India through authorised retailers but plans to follow an approach taken by Apple in 2023.
