The 20-year-old victim of an alleged gang rape at Odisha's Gopalpur beach wasn't ready to file a complaint as she was scared of her or her boyfriend's families finding out about it, said Saravana Vivek M, SP, Berhampur. "It was an oral complaint at the beginning. We had to counsel her...and make sure that her privacy is protected," he said.
