The families of soldiers will get legal assistance under new initiative titled NALSA Veer Parivar Sahayata Yojana 2025. The scheme was formally launched today at a conference in Srinagar by Justice Surya Kant. It will aid in dealing with cases involving family property, domestic disputes or land matters where a soldier is deployed in isolated areas and can't follow cases.
