The government said the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) reported a "possible intrusion and data breach at BSNL" in May. "It was found that one file transfer protocol server was having the data similar to the sample data shared by CERT-In," MoS Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani said. A committee has been formed to conduct telecom networks' audit, he added.
