The government has simplified and liberalised EPF partial withdrawal provisions ahead of Diwali. Members will now be able to withdraw up to 100% of the eligible balance in Provident Fund, including both employee and employer contributions. Education withdrawals are now allowed up to 10 times and marriage withdrawals up to five times, up from the earlier combined limit of three.
