A peon employed at Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Department in Odisha's Gajapati has been arrested for allegedly serving urine instead of water to Assistant Executive Engineer Sachin Gouda. The incident came to light after Gouda was hospitalised after drinking from a bottle given to him by Siba Narayan Nayak. The liquid was later found to have high ammonia content.
