The Centre has extended the last date for applications under the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme for Textiles till December 31, 2025. The move comes in response to strong industry interest across MMF apparel, fabrics, and technical textiles. The Ministry of Textiles has said extension will encourage wider participation and boost India's textile exports, targeting ₹9 lakh crore by 2030.
