Govt launches GST query desk on INGRAM portal

The Ministry of Consumer Affairs has activated a GST-specific category on the INGRAM portal to address consumer queries and complaints via the National Consumer Helpline. This move aligns with the Next-Gen GST Reforms 2025. Consumers can lodge complaints in 17 languages through multiple channels, strengthening compliance, transparency, and participatory governance.
