BJP's Amit Malviya reacted after Congress-ruled Himachal government notified revised pay scales for about 14,000 employees who, as per PTI, would suffer a loss of between ₹5,000 & ₹15,000 a month after re-fixation of revised pay scale. "Himachal has become the first state in the country where the Congress government has reduced employees' salaries...This is Congress' real guarantee," Malviya said.
