Bombay HC directed a woman to return her grandson's custody to his biological parents, saying her "emotional bond" doesn't give her superior rights to his custody. The child was with his grandmother as his parents had to take care of his brother suffering with cerebral palsy. Court said parental rights can be curtailed only if custody harms the child's welfare.
