Experiencing gratitude may help older adults live longer, a study from Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health said. Gratitude appeared protective against every specific cause of mortality like cancer, respiratory diseases, neurodegenerative disease, infection and mostly against cardiovascular disease. "Gratitude makes people…happier. That…has…small effect on mortality risk," study author said.
