The groups for 2026 FIFA World Cup, the biggest edition in history with 48 teams, have been drawn. Co-hosts Mexico willf face South Africa in tournament opener on June 11. European champions Spain have been in drawn in Group H along with Cabo Verde, Saudi Arabia and Uruguay. Defending champions Argentina have been grouped with Algeria, Austria and debutants Jordan.
