External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has said that growing India-China ties shouldn't be linked to US' actions. "Much of what is happening now was actually decided last October when Chinese President Xi Jinping and PM Narendra Modi met in Kazan," Jaishankar added. "Some of it was followed up in November 2024 when I met Chinese Foreign Minister," he further said.
