Delhi Lieutenant Governor (L-G) VK Saxena stated that a multi-level probe has been launched after a blast took place outside CRPF School in Delhi's Prashant Vihar on Sunday. "I'm keeping a constant watch on the progress of investigation and assure that the guilty will be brought to book," he tweeted. He further told people to not indulge in fear mongering.
