Former NCP-SP MLA Sanjay Chavan alleged that a Gujarat man, offered to rig EVMs in favour of his wife Dipika for ₹5-8 crore during the 2024 Assembly polls, Free Press Journal reported. Chavan claimed he refused and informed party leaders. Similar "EVM management" offers were alleged by Sharad Pawar and Sanjay Raut, both of whom said they rejected them.
