Google Maps and Gurugram Police have jointly launched a real-time traffic alert system, which will warn drivers in advance if they are approaching an accident or dangerous zone. This new digital navigation system is currently deployed on 129 major roads. The system will also display speed limits on the screen to encourage people to drive within the prescribed limits.
