Property prices in Gurugram's Golf Course Extension Road have more than doubled in just five years despite the city regularly facing flooding amid rains. New-launch rates have risen from ₹8,800/sqft in 2019 to ₹20,267/sqft in 2024 and rental yields have jumped by about 18%, HT reported. Additionally, resale values have risen nearly 79% during the same period.
