A man in Thar stopped in the middle of the road and started masturbating while staring at a resident on their balcony in Gurugram. Sharing the video, the resident said, "This went on for about 10 minutes until another friend boldly went out to film him directly, which threw him off." Several social media users advised filing a police report.
