Reacting to Governor RN Ravi clearing two bills after Assembly passed it, Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin said the assent was "expected" as Governor Ravi is "scared" that the state government would go to court again. Notably, the Supreme Court, in his April 8 verdict, had criticised Governor Ravi for blocking the bills passed by the Assembly.
