Tim Roemer, former US Ambassador to India, said the US President Donald Trump's decision to impose $100,000 fee on H-1B visa "causes a hiccup in the relationship". He added the issue can be revisited for negotiations once US and India's trade deal is finalised. Roemer said allowing H-1B visas to Indians is very much in the interest of US.
