H&M said it's unlikely to hit an operating margin target of 10% this year after a washed-out summer in Europe hurt sales at the Swedish clothing retailer. "The quarter started with slow sales in June due to cold weather in many of our key European markets," H&M said. The company also said the consumers' high cost of living hurt sales.
