A 50-year-old man from Haryana's Sonipat was arrested for posing as notorious gangster Naveen Bali and trying to extort ₹1 crore from a Delhi-based businessman. Reportedly, the accused, identified as Sanjay, planned the extortion bid as he was dissatisfied with his earnings. A business associate of the complainant allegedly helped Sanjay by providing him with information about the businessman.
